Our Factory Is Now Open — 5 Severn St, St Marys
The Rebar Company’s fabrication facility is now open at 5 Severn St, St Marys NSW 2760.
The site brings together advanced bar processing, in-house engineering support, estimating and scheduling, and dedicated logistics under one roof. It’s where we cut, bend and prepare reinforcement for projects across residential, commercial and civil construction, and it’s built to run as a single, coordinated operation rather than a series of separate handoffs.
What the facility supports
Our equipment handles standard cutting and bending as well as complex, three-dimensional shapes: anti-burst spirals, radius bars, circular rings and custom bends fabricated to exact specifications. If an engineer has designed it, our fabricators can produce it. Every bar is processed to AS/NZS 4671 standards, with quality control built into each stage of manufacturing rather than checked only at the end.
The facility supports high-volume processing as well as smaller, specific runs, so it scales from residential jobs through to major civil infrastructure without a drop in quality or turnaround.
More than fabrication
Reinforcement supply involves more than cutting and bending bar. Our in-house engineering team reviews designs for constructability, flags potential conflicts before fabrication starts, and works through detailing and bar placement questions as an extension of the project team. Where a design calls for non-standard shapes or connection solutions, our engineers work through those requirements directly rather than treating them as one-off exceptions.
Our estimators quantify directly from construction drawings, preparing detailed take-offs and bar bending schedules for every confirmed project. Those schedules coordinate fabrication, delivery and site installation, so material forecasting and programme timing are worked out well before the first delivery.
Delivery, handled directly
Deliveries run through our own vehicle fleet, semi-trailers and rigid body trucks, rather than contract carriers. That gives us direct control over delivery timing and site coordination instead of relying on a third party’s schedule. Many of our trucks carry vehicle-mounted cranes, so unloading doesn’t rely on site lifting equipment, which cuts down on handling time and labour on your end.
